Del Morino Srl designs and realizes various versions of the machines with brand AGRINT , different from the original “Del Morino”.The Brand AGRINT analyses and presents to the customers (by virtual rendering or collections) some products that have an excellent value in the worldwide corresponding to that required in the commercial market. The machines with trade-mark AGRINT are subjected to difficult acceptance and endurance texts that certify the quality of the machine.

Every machine with mark AGRINT can be equipped with all options or accessories required from customers. The customization process of the machines AGRINT includes the realization of the technical-commercial documentation as for example spare parts list, use and maintenance instructions etc.

The necessary flexibility to realize this ‘service’ is possible thanks to the productive-manufacturer system in that Del Morino Srl produces, in Its establishments, more of 92% of all components.

Factory

Production, assembly and shipment are set in Caprese Michelangelo. A policy of continuing investment has put Del Morino in the enviable position of being able to carry out all the essential processes required to produce their products internally. In fact at Del Morino sheet metal and tubing are cut by laser and bent by CNC machines. A robot assures high quality welding while a CNC machining center produces mechanical parts. All parts are painted in an automated powder painting facility before assembly.

Furthermore it GUARANTEES that the machines it produces use suitable materials and processes, which are exemplary in their respect the environment and of ethical work processes.

As part of its constant endeavour for quality, Del Morino S.r.l. has instituted a new organizational structure in accordance with the guidelines of UNI 9001:2000. In addition Del Morino complies with the regulations for environmental and worker’s protection and conducts regular checks of working conditions and environmental conditions related to their production.
